GP & People with Learning Disability Communication Pack
The GP and People with Learning Disability communication pack has been designed to help communication between doctors (GPs) and people with learning disabilities.
It is also designed to help carers to prepare people with learning disabilities for a visit to the doctor and can help with discussion between carers and people with learning disabilities after visiting the doctor to make sure people have understood and remember what the doctor said.
